Shipping policy
We Offer the below Shipping Options Pan India:
Standard Shipping
- Upto 7-14 business days for non customised items. If you have specially preordered an item, please check the dispatch date mentioned.
Customised Orders
-Customisation for PREPAID orders only. Cash on delivery is not valid on personalised products.
-Upto 14-20 business days. If you have other items in your order and would like them earlier please request for separate shipping.
BKC BOLT
This is applicable for all InHouse BKC Products. Please Look out for the BKC Bolt Logo to see which item ships immediately.
-BKC BOLT EXPEDITED SHIPPING: 1-5 Business days
-SAME DAY DELIVERY: Same Day Delivery for PREPAID orders placed before 4 pm within Mumbai Only at an additional charge. Available on Monday-Saturday. Same day delivery is not available on Sundays & Public holidays.
PACKAGING
We try our best to save the environment wherever possible, so you will find a lot of reused material used in our packaging.
Our Black Courier Bags are made from Biodegradable materials and can be used in your plants.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following:
-Razorpay India - Netbanking, Credit, Debit , Amex , International Cards, UPI, Wallets
-Cash on Delivery - Non Personalised Orders upto INR 20,000/- only.
An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
Once the order has been given for personalisation or it has been shipped from our office, it CANNOT be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY
-
We do not provide exchanges or refunds on personalised products, bracelets, books & food items.
- Refunds will only be provided on items that are unavailable in your order.
- Items purchased on Sale or at a discounted rate by using a coupon code are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
- For Damaged Items: Please check your order thoroughly upon receiving. If there are any damages upon receipt, kindly email us on client@bombaykidscompany.com with a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving. Upon approval, we will have the damaged item collected and replace such product or provide store credit for the same.
- Exchanges or Returns can be done within 7 days of receipt provided the item is unused and intact in it’s original packaging. Kindly inform us on client@bombaykidscompany.com within the said time frame.The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. Request you to please share the tracking details with us on email.
- Upon receipt we will inspect the item. Once approved, we will provide you with a store credit (less shipping cost). We do not give credit for the shipping cost. We do not provide refunds.
- If an item has been opened or tampered with, it cannot be returned.
