SHIPPING

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days. Personalised and made to order items may take an additional 5 business days.
• BKC BOLT SHIPPING: 1-3 Business days at an additional charge. This is applicable for all InHouse BKC Products. Please Look out for the BKC Bolt Logo to see which item qualifies for Expedited Shipping.
• WEFAST DELIVERY: Same Day Delivery for PREPAID orders placed before 4 pm within Mumbai Only.
• Cash on delivery: For orders only amounting to less than INR 10,000/- and standard shipping applies. Cash on delivery orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped out or the full amount will be charged to the customer. We try our best to save the environment wherever possible, so you will find a lot of reused material used in our packaging. Our Black Courier Bags are made from Biodegradable materials and can be used in your plants.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or make exchanges unless the following:

• If a product is damaged from our end - Please check your order thoroughly upon receiving. If there is any issue with the unused item, kindly email us on thankyou@bombaykidscompany.com with a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving. We will either replace such product or provide store credit for the same.
• We provide refunds or store credit for products that are out of stock.
• No exchanges or refunds on personalised products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
  
  Once the order has been given for personalisation or it has been shipped from our office, it CANNOT be cancelled.

PAYMENT METHOD

• We accept Cash on Delivery for non personalised orders (upto INR 10,000/-), debit cards, credit cards and net banking.
